You need to inform our customer service center or supplier by phone and send back the defects within 3 days,supplier will arrange according to your requirements.

Any claim belongs to below circumstances, Shenzhen Hoyato Protective Supplies Co.,Ltd. Shall have the rights to refuse returning or exchanging requirements from the client:
(1). Goods delivered has no quality problem.
(2). Goods name/type and serial number do not match the goods in kind,goods quantity does not match quantity delievered.
(3). Damaged apperance, shortage of goods, dirt, damage, or other man-made problems,such as: fall, collision,seeping into the liquid, self-maintain or inappropriate operation.
(4).Expiration of the period for return or exchange the goods(within 3 days on which customer sign the parcel).
(5).Customer lost the receipt, have incomplete receipt,or alter the invoice without authorization.
(6).Customer order the goods without reading the goods description carefully, repeat order the goods by error, or other mistakes made by the client, cannot return the goods.
(7).Goods without any of below items: outer package, attachment,invoice,ect.,goods can not be returned.
(8). The original serial NO tag, lazer anti-counterfeit labels and seal was altered, replaced or missing.
(9). Customer requires to change into different products.
